Our Silent Auction is 100% online & is open for viewing! It’s time for you to set up your account to be ready for Bidding to begin on Wednesday, September 18th at 7am until Friday, September 20th at 9pm. We use the “Ready Set Auction” online platform for bidding.
This year’s Auction Items include: Family Getaways, Handcrafted Wreaths, Gift Baskets, Cookware, Gift Certificates to local food & shops, HVAC tuneups, Home Decor, Scavenger Hunts by Let’s Roam, Electric Bike trip by Triangle Adventures, and much more! To participate, you must create an account through our auction website.

In the TOP Right Corner – Click “Sign In”. If you already have an account from last year, log in using your information.

To Create a NEW account – click “Request Account” and complete online form. Check your email after completing the form to create your login credentials for bidding.
After you create your login- you are ready for bidding! From Wednesday – Friday, be sure to log in each day and bid on your favorite items to ensure you are the highest bidder!

2025 Silent Auction Information
One way to support the Annual Benefit is through the Silent Auction. 100% of the proceeds from the donated items help us successfully offer a quality program at an affordable cost to our special needs families in our community.
When most of us think of an auction, we think of a room full of people yelling out bids on auction items being presented. A silent auction is more orderly than that, and you can do it all from the comfort of your home! Our Silent Auction is conducted online through “Ready Set Auction” and located on our website for the duration of our auction.
Our Silent Auction is a great way for you & your friends to support adults with disabilities and invest in your community.
Our Silent Auction runs September 17-19 online. Account registration & instructions for bidding will open the first week of September.
What Kind of Items to Donate?
The items can cover a range of things including destination packages, gift baskets, gift certificates, art, professional services, experiences, and more. You can also donate items or services from your business, hobby or interests. Think “What might someone not normally splurge on but might purchase for a good cause?” We request that all items be new.

How Do I Donate an Item?
Please complete the Silent Auction Donation Form by clicking the button below.
After completing the form:
Someone from our team will contact you to discuss specifics for the due date, item description, and answer any questions that you may have. We will work with you to coordinate the drop-off or pick-up of your item in preparation for the auction. Items can be dropped off at our Able to Serve office at 2100 Buffaloe Road Garner, NC 27529.

Tax Information:
When you attach a receipt with the specific item’s price — we will send you a donation acknowledgment letter for that amount to use on your tax return. If the item does not have a receipt with an exact price — we will send you an in-kind acknowledgment of your donation for you to declare the value on your tax return.
