2024 Silent Auction

One way to support the Annual Benefit is through the Silent Auction. 100% of the proceeds from the donated items help us successfully offer a quality program at an affordable cost to our special needs families in our community. 

When most of us think of an auction, we think of a room full of people yelling out bids on auction items being presented. A silent auction is more orderly than that, and you can do it all from the comfort of your home! Our Silent Auction is conducted online through “Ready Set Auction” and located on our website for the duration of our auction.  

Our Silent Auction has all types of items that guests can place a bid on. The items can cover a range of things including jewelry, art, destination packages, gift baskets, gift certificates, and more. You can donate items or services from your business, hobby, or something you care about. Our Silent Auction is a great way to support adults with disabilities and invest in your community.

How Do I Donate an Item?

Please complete the Silent Auction Donation Form by clicking the button below. 

After completing the form: 

Someone from our team will contact you to discuss specifics for the due date, item description, and answer any questions that you may have. We will work with you to coordinate the drop-off or pick-up of your item in preparation for the auction. 

Tax Information: 

When you attach a receipt with the specific item’s price — we will send you a donation acknowledgment letter for that amount to use on your tax return. If the item does not have a receipt with an exact price — we will send you an in-kind acknowledgment of your donation for you to declare the value on your tax return.

Silent Auction Information

Our Silent Auction is 100% online & will open for viewing in August 2023. Bidding will begin on Wednesday, September 20th at 7am and continue until Friday, September 22nd at 12pm. We use the “Ready Set Auction” platform for bidding. 

 

To participate, you must create an account through our auction site. On the auction webpage — click “Sign In” then “Request Account.” Check your email after you request an account to create your login.

After you create your login- you are ready for bidding! From Wednesday – Friday, be sure to log in each day and bid on your favorite items to ensure you are the highest bidder!
