Development Manager (Full-Time) (Fundraising)

Able to Serve is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused, and highly organized professional to join our team as a full-time Development Manager.

This position will lead Able to Serve’s fundraising and development efforts, combining donor relationship development, fundraising strategy, grant writing, sponsorships, and development administration. The Development Manager will work closely with the Executive Director & leadership team to strengthen existing donor relationships, develop new funding opportunities, grow annual giving, and support major-gift and capital campaign efforts.

Development Manager (Part-Time) (Fundraising)

Able to Serve is seeking a relationship-focused and motivated professional to join our team as a part-time Development Manager. Able to Serve is a faith-based Christian Nonprofit Organization in Garner, North Carolina, dedicated to equipping adults with disabilities to discover their potential, develop life skills, and serve others.

This position will lead Able to Serve’s day-to-day fundraising and donor relationship efforts. As an outward-facing member of our team, the Development Manager will focus on building meaningful relationships with current and prospective donors, developing new funding partnerships, growing annual giving, securing sponsorships, and supporting major-gift and capital campaign efforts. The position works closely with the Executive Director and coordinates development activities with the Grant & Development Coordinator.

Grant & Development Coordinator (Part-Time) (Fundraising)

Able to Serve is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and strong writer to join our team as a part-time Grant & Development Coordinator.

This position will play an important role in supporting Able to Serve’s fundraising and development efforts, with a primary focus on grant research and writing. The coordinator will also help maintain donor records, research funding opportunities, prepare reports and acknowledgments, support fundraising campaigns and events, and keep development systems organized and up to date.
