IT Firm Launches Matching Grant to Double Community Impact

Community partnerships take many forms here at Able to Serve, whether it’s financial partnerships or coming alongside an organization for a service project. A well-respected IT solutions company based in central North Carolina has partnered with Able to Serve since 2017. The company offers cybersecurity for business owners, nonprofits, educational and government contractors. With their varied customer base comes many opportunities for partnership.

Their commitment to help adults with disabilities goes beyond their financial donations. By supporting Able to Serve, they help us create a place where adults with disabilities can thrive and keep programs affordable for families.

You might be asking, how does this company wish to double community impact? How do I fit into the equation? If we raise $10,000 by October 15th, 2024, the company will match it with $10,000. This will bring us closer to our fundraising goal and continue our mission to keep our day program cost affordable for special needs families in our community.

All first-time or above current level donations will be matched, turning each dollar you give into two dollars toward our mission. Your support will give adults with disabilities opportunities for them to be independent and build confidence in all that God has made them to be.

This company’s admirable commitment to various causes goes back to their mission of stewardship. This company believes that their community is God’s, following the principle of Psalm 24:1: “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him.” At Able to Serve, we value being good stewards of what God has allowed us to do. We are so thankful for loyal partners that continue to choose to help us in this pursuit.

We need your help to reach the $10,000 goal to match the generous grant this company has offered. You can partner with us to reach this goal by:

  • Giving a first time gift today

  • Increasing your current level of support

  • Donating towards this grant opportunity if it has been over 2 years since your last contribution

  • Telling a friend who has not donated before about our goal
